Prop 8, the unconstitutional ban on same sex marriage has FINALLY been overturned by Chief U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker! I know this attack on equality will most likely go to the Supreme Court, but this is a fantastic first step in the right direction. We can do it! No matter how long it takes, Gay and Lesbian Americans will be granted equal rights. To all my gay and lesbian friends and family, congratulations on California finally recognizing what we have known all along.
YAY Equality! Go California! I've never been more proud of my home state!
