- ALT: Normal less than 54: 435 --> 371 --> 170
- AST: Normal less than 30: 249 --> 162 --> 90
- GGT: Normal less than 42: 444 --> 370
On the other hand, my liver damage and bile duct blockage numbers appear to be going up, when we can't find anything blocking my ducts.
- Alkaline Phosphatase: Normal less than 125: 275 --> 325 --> 432
- Bilirubin: Normal less than 1: 1.2 --> 1.4 --> 4.0
The results of my MRI are in and they looked at every duct in my gallbladder and liver etc. Not a single stone or blockage or any physical reason could be seen for my crazy numbers and liver symptoms. The doctor knows something is wrong, my liver cells are obviously being damaged but they're just at a loss. There's a chance that maybe the biggest lymph node is pressing on a duct but it seems weird that it would only do so now when we know it's been enlarged for so long. My alkaline phosphatase was normal on January 8th too so the cellular damage appears to be somewhat recent.
Up next is the PET scan which they don't expect to show anything now. It was mostly to look for lymphoma and my primary care doctor is fairly sure it's not lymphoma at this point. After that, I have an appointment with another liver specialist who will hopefully have some insight the others haven't. In the meantime, I've been told again that they have no help for my itching, fatigue and orange pee. Lovely.
