My jar inspiration:

Hanging Decor:
Since the blue jars are antiques and expensive I'm thinking I shouldn't hang them from anything. To get this look it would probably be better to use the new, clear mason jars which we should be able to find fairly inexpensively and won't cry over if one falls and it breaks.
Tada! There you have our centerpiece inspiration. We still need more jars, thus far I've only been able to collect 13 half gallon blue jars, 15 quart blue jars, and 6 pint blue jars all with antique lids. The half gallons usually run about $15.00 - $40.00, the quart sized about $12.00+ and the pints about $10.00+, taking into account the shipping of heavy, breakable glass. The lids are an additional $1.00 - $1.50 but are necessary since I plan to put these guys all over my apartment once we move out. I got my 1/2 gallons for about $8.50 shipped, my quarts for $3.50 shipped and my pints for about $7.00 shipped. Not bad considering how expensive these guys can be but we still need more pints and I'd love to stumble upon some at a garage sale or something equally inexpensive.
Next on the list is figuring our which flowers we're going to buy, how many of each, and where we're going to buy them from. Hopefully my jars will be arriving sometime soon so they can provide in person inspiration. We also need to finish the invitations (ahhhhh!) and book our DJ and photobooth.
